Meet Michelle

I believe meaningful change begins in a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted.

I provide compassionate, affirming therapy for adults navigating substance use and recovery, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor treatment to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a particular approach.

My work draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, person-centered approaches, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation.

Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, affirming, and nonjudgmental. You do not have to come in knowing exactly what needs to change. We can begin by identifying what is happening now, what matters most to you, and what you would like life to look like moving forward.
